There are quite a number of ailments that can befall dart frogs. While these ailments are often seen with other frog species as well, this site is specifically focused on dart frogs. 

Some of the possible treatments mentioned here that have worked for dart frogs might be too aggressive for sensitive South American tree frogs such as wild caught glass frogs or lemur frogs.
